PRAIRIE ROOTS

Located in the heart of Winnipeg, Capital K Distillery is Manitoba's first family owned and operated producer of handcrafted spirits. Our first product, Tall Grass Vodka, was proudly launched in the fall of 2016, followed by Tall Grass Gin, Tall Grass Espresso Vodka, and Tall Grass Dill Pickle Vodka in 2017.

Big things are coming from Capital K Distillery, with plans to expand into to whiskey, rum, brandy, and flavoured gin and additional flavoured vodkas.

WHAT IT MEANS TO BE CRAFT

Being "craft" is something we take seriously. It means our products are created on-site from grain to bottle, using locally sourced ingredients, and only the finest traditional methods.

Inspired by the Canadian prairies, our premium artisanal spirits are made from the best Manitoba grown grains and Canadian-sourced ingredients, capturing the distinct flavour of the prairies in every ounce.
