Emergency preparedness extends beyond developing plans—it depends on ensuring that employees understand their roles, remain informed, and can respond confidently when unexpected events occur. Whether responding to severe weather, infrastructure disruptions, cybersecurity incidents, or other emergencies, organizations must foster a culture of preparedness that supports both operational continuity and employee safety.

This session will explore practical approaches to strengthening workforce readiness through effective communication, training, and engagement. Participants will learn best practices for preparing staff before emergencies occur and maintaining clear, timely communication during and after an incident to improve organizational resilience
